With the last beta patch, I cannot play the Setz map because receive the following Close Combat Error message:

"Player file ....... /Maps/Setz.txt is corrupted".

Is this a general problem or is it just mine?

Any chance of getting an uncorrupted map soon? Dampsquib and I are about to start a GC on WAR after completing our COI Der Ost Front GC.

Dundradal give the attached file a try. Works fine for me. Just overwrite the Setz.txt with the attached file.

Sorry for the wait. Been pretty busy.

just copy it into your maps directory.

I know I look retarded, but I'm gonna need a step by step on this one... Where do I find the map directory? And how do I copy the new Setz map there when I find it? I appreciate the assist, Don

Go to your WAR directory. Usually c:\Matrix Games\Close Combat Wacht Am Rhein

in that directory is Maps.

Copy the files from the above zip into the maps folder and replace the originals.

That's it.

You're a life saver!!! Found the map directory -- do I just copy this file in there, then delete the old Setz? I don't replace all the maps do I?
