In the report screen, when I scroll a screen to see the bottom, the next screen often has no scroll bar althoughit has hidden info at the bottom (see picture). I can get the scroll bar back by going back to the previous screen and coming back.

This has been brought up a couple of times.

When you go through the pages it only works once.

Then you have to click back or forward. Then click back to the page you were trying to read.

So its Page 1 read, page 2 read, page 3 no, click back to page 2, click to page 3, it works, click page 4, click page 5 does not work, go back a page then go to page 5 again.

For now we can read everything, just have to jump through hoops.

Better than not working at all.

A little polish on this and the hot keys and the adding of ships lost in two columns, one for sea zone attacks(Air), and one for sea battles (ships vs ships).
