Serial key

I bought this from Gamersgate and unfortunately they havent given me a serial key, and so far aren't responding to any requests.

The key should have been on the download page. If you can download it again you should find it there.(At least that is how it works with Matrixgames)...

They also send it to you in email, I think.
But yes, go to home page your account your games, you will find it.

Gamersgate sorted it, i now have a key. Not sure exactly why there was a long delay in recieving it.

In my Gamer's Gate account for SoP I have two serial keys listed for that game when I login to my Gamer's Gate account. Both of which are 'invalid' to registered the game at Matrix. I want to get the members only patch 1.3. [:(]
Please tell me what I need to do.

GamersGate is selling other version of the game than Matrix so you are unable to login to get members patch.
However you can get the beta version here:

Shouldn't all games with serials are listed in your Gamersgate profile?
