I'm in the first couple of days on Apr43 & some of my USN CV airgroups changed size not all though but the resize still says it will happen in Jan44. IE VF-2 size resized to 40 & yet it says it will resize to 40 in Jan44. In looking at my CV groups most of the VFs went to 40 from 36 & the VBs went to 34 from 36 & the VTs went to 15 from 18. I didn't think this set of resizes was set to happen in Apr43. I've got an older save from Apr1 where the version was 1.06c but the savegame where I see this is 1.06d is from a couple of days later & in looking at the end of turn reports, the change happened on the first turn after I applied the 1.06d Beta. I can post saves if needed if this resize isn't correct. It's scen #1 started under original release & patched to last beta.

I'm having a similar problem, with the VB squadrons expanding to 36 in March '42. I playing with a modified scen 6, but haven't changed anything with regards to the carrier air groups. The problem appeared when I upgraded from the 1.0.3.1102aa hotfix to the Patch 4 beta.

This is the savegame 4/1/43 under 1.06c showing USN CV units resizing in Jan44

This is savegame 4/2/43 after updating & applying 1.06d & USN CV units still say Jan44 for the resize.

And this is savegame 4/3/43 the first turn played after applying 1.06d & the USN CV units have resized but still say they're due to resize in Jan44 to the size they're now at. The only ones that haven't resized are the 2 at sea & Wasp. Wasp when you click on them allows you to manually enter how big you want them to be.

I was also having the same issue with resizing but used a fix posted for someone else and that fixed my issue.  My CV squadrons were upgrading to 1943 size in Jan of 42.  Ran again with previously mentioned fix and squadrons didn't grow

Thanks, looks like a minor problem cropped up in the beta to cause it & michael looks to have got it now. Having the 40 fighters in my game now doesn't do me as much good as it would've done in early 42 w/ the KB at full steam though [:'(]
