Help! Can't access Matrix e-store!

Hello.
I have a problem with the Matrix e-store.
I have forgotten my login name and password.
And I no longer have the original e-mail informing me of the detials on my system, or in the message archive.
Now for some reason the login name that I normally use (Possum) dosn't work, and neithe does any of the other common or likely names work either. I've tried my real name, my e-mail address, and variations of my user name, to no avail.
I tried to create a new account, but the system said I can't as that e-mail address is already used by an existing account!
Grrrrrr......
I e-mailed the matrix help desk 3 weeks ago about this problem, and have not yet received a reply.
Sigh...
I did so want to purchace and play Uncommon Valor. But now I'll just go and settle dow to play Morrowind instead.

Hi
Are you at a PO Box or APO/FPO?

Hmmm, as defined, they are US Military Post Office's:
APO stands for "Army Post Office," and is associated with Army or Air Force installations. FPO stands for "Fleet Post Office," and is associated with Navy installations and ships.
There are restrictions as to what and how items are sent to these addresses.
FYI

Er.
I actually wanted to BUY a NEW copy of Uncommon Valor.
But thanks for the tip anyway.
BTW Matrix, any progress?
It's just I have had no contact with you people, apart from this Thread. Or am I going to become a permenent, very reluctant, ex-customer? ( Due to this problem never being fixed, hence locking me out of the matrix e-store forever.)

This bump should get their attention again. Your last message might have just been missed. Mistakes happen. Matrix is pretty good about responding overall.

When I bought my copy of UV I didn't bother to set up an account. I just bought it as a guest. Have you tried that?

Possum,
If this is still not resolved, please e-mail
erikr@matrixgames.com and
davidh@matrixgames.com with your real name, e-mail address and account login. We should be able to get this resolved quickly. I'm not sure why things have taken so long, since I know the help desk items have been addressed several times in the interim.
Regards,
- Erik
