How does one increase the number of transport points for convoys? I have some failing due to insufficient number of them.

Purchase menu, other, buy transports.

When they convoys get intercepted and sunk they ar eremoved from your transport pool.

Exactly as Razz said.

Thanks I had thought that was just for transporting units from port to port.
