Any fleet activity leads to crash

Anytime you do any kind of activity with a fleet or convoy the game crashes. Is there a patch that I’m missing? The flash screen says I’m at v1.70,,, this is getting to the point where I’m starting to looking a different more stable game… this has so much promise
