I have it running and looks good, but when I go and start using it, it craps out, and goes back to the desk top. Is there a patch or what can I do for this?

I use Windows 7 64 bit no problem.

The latest version of the game is "CloseCombatWachtamRhein-Update-v45010b-Beta.exe" which you can download from the members area.

For computer make sure you have the latest version of DirectX along the latest sound and video drivers installed....

Will that latest patch fix some of this. I just got this computer the other day and it automatically updated everything one I connected to the internet.

maybe a little more detail here.

Are there any error messages?

have you installed any patches?

if so which ones?

I have not installed any patches. I got the game in the fall of 2008 and ran it on a XP machine. No error messages, just closes the window out. If I click on the game icon, it comes back fine.

Before I saw your post, I did upload the latest one available on the members section on this site. What patches do I need to do on the other site?
