List of spelling fixes in scenario text

Various spelling errors in the briefings hurt the polish of the game, IMO. I've been thru all the scenarios in the scenario editor and compiled a (non-exhaustive I'm sure) list of spelling fixes.
I assume the format of the file will be self-explanatory.

PeterD, thanks for this work. Some of our scenarios were done by a Dutch speaker (Tukker) but I have no excuse.
I should have time to make these edits before the patch.
