Attrition during blizzards

The manual states that all Germans lose 10% of infantry squads before the replacement phase during the winter of 41.

Assumiming that no movement takes place ...no plotting, move, or transfer.

Number of questions:

1- Do artillery, flak, and recon also get lost??...seems that they do sometimes

2- Does being in a city hex change this statement???.... seems that it should because frostbite etc in a city would be strange.

3- Can tanks be attrited if no movement?

4- Can aircraft be attrited if no movement?

5- Can aircraft be attrited if you move a HQ versus rail transfer?

6- Can aircraft being attrited during air transfer?

and finally

7- Do the blizzards during the winters of 42, 43, etc have any
automatic attrirtion??

Last I heard, this was changed to 2% losses per turn

No, in the attrition of blizzard '41-'42 only German squads and tanks are effected.

Yes, being in cities reduces losses to German units in blizzard '41-'42.

No to all. The special '41-'42 blizzard losses only effect German infantry and tanks, and they only effect tanks if they move.
