When I select ground attack for my tactical bombers, numbers appear on the enemy forces within range. What do these numbers represent? Sorry, but the manual only describes the old method of ground attack which is done from the enemy unit menu.

I believe these number show you how many attacks you can still make with the currently selected unit or how many action points you have left.
