The future of Global domination

-The release of Bombur mod 3 allowed me to upgrade Global domination. I think that many bugs reported will be fixed now. I don´t know if I will be able to address all the suggestions and complaints about the scenario. I have a v7, with the following features.
1-All new Bombur units
2-Productivity now changes according people owner. If Japan takes China, expect very low productivity. As a whole, productivity suffers the more when the occupier is a traditional enemy (Russia vs. Germany, China vs. Japan or even France vs. GB). If China occupies Turkey, for instance changes will be small. Minor peoples weren´t edited for this feature.
3-Research wasn´t changed but the new unit costs will allow the players to reserve more pp´s for research. It will result in some acceleration of research.
To be implementend
-Historical OOB´s
-Decreased cost of research as a given tech is disseminated
-Neutral states and economic development (like in tom weber´s 1900 diplomacy)
-Custom units
