I'm loving it so far! Of all of the releases, I've been waiting for this release and was surprised to see it come out.

One question: Concerning the map, Grave; I've played this map twice on the Grand Campaign (I started the GC first thing after I bought and installed the game and when the all of the bridges blew up in my face I started over [:)] ). The second time I started the GC, and the second time I played the Grave map, I moved the 82nd Airborne in from Overasselt with idea of attacking from the North. Well, an unshaded area appeared in the North East corner of the map as if I could place troops there to attack the bridge from the north (This did not happen when I played the Grave map the first time I started the GC as I did not move the 82nd there..I assume). However I could not place any of my units there. It acted as if I was trying to place the units in a shaded area. It made that "bip" sound and the unit popped back down to the South West corner.

Should I be able to place units there? Or what?

Loving it so far!

PS. I captured the bridge anyway without it blowing. [:)]

There are some limitations to deployment that were impemented so that battlegroups entering a map from their origination map could only deploy in the area connected to the VL they entered on. That is why you were receiving the "bip" as if you were trying to deploy in enemy area. LIkely you had a second battlegroup on the same map and those units were able to deploy in any friendly deployment zones. Hope this clears it up.

Hi Oddball!

Yea, I tried placing all available units to see if anyone of them would stay put.  But I had no luck.

Okay then. We'll need to try to replicate it in order to fix it. So a screenshot, game save and what you'd done leading up to the point of seeing this happen. Then we can look into it. Thanks!

I'll do that when I get the chance.
Thanks for the reply!
