updated 3.4 manual?

For the 3.4 patch, will the TOAW manual be updated reflecting all new changes? Or is the latest manual version now so out-of-date that such a question is laughable?
Side question: Does anybody maintain a reasonably maintained community TOAW Wiki? Where 3.4 changes might be integrated into a (reasonably) up-to-date on-line "manual"?
Final question: Or maybe somebody will add a 3.4 Updates article to the TOAW ARTICLE INDEX?
