You know those brick walls they talk about, well I've hit one and have been crashing into it repeatedly.
Doomtrader was nice enough to "Break on Through From the Other Side"
So now the quest continues.

You should not. Only 0, 1, 2 and 3.

Modding a game is very tricky.
I remember how happy I was when I discovered how to create "ghost cities" in Hearts of Iron 2.
