patch ideas besides the obvious

Wondering if its at all possible to have Commonwealth troops voice pronounce lieutenant correctly.As we know Commonwealth/British pronounce the word as "lef-tenant",not as is in game now the American pronounciation.Thanks.

nutty gits those Brits[:'(], just the fact they would dud themselves up in Camos and kit, only to put a big red beacon on their noggins proves that.
