I just purchased Immortal Fire and I received the confirmation email a few minutes ago and for serial number it says:
SERIAL NUMBER: Not Available
It also said that on my receipt which is attached here.

Thanks for the report Larry, this sounds like something is wrong on DR's side. If you go to www.findmyorder.com with your order info, can you see a serial number there?

When I try the link to www.findmyorder.com I get a server error every time. I even tried using two different browsers, Firefox and IE.

I got it. I left the final page open from the purchase and so I clicked the "View invoice" and amazingly it had my serial number there. Weird.

Thanks Larry, we are still investigating, but I'm glad to hear it's resolved for you.

Just to follow up, this appears to have been a transient store glitch, a "hiccup" in the store server if you will. No other orders were affected and yours still had the proper serial number attached, but for some reason it did not include it in the e-mail.

Well, leave it to me to find a hiccup. [;)] I never doubted that this issue would be resolved, even for a moment. Out of all the games I have purchased from Matrix (35+) this is the first time for an issue of any kind.

If I had clicked on the "Invoice" right away, then I would have never lost a moment. However, I never click that option because the confirmation email I always get has everything I need.

I have the same problem

Order Number: 1654607797

The serial number is not on the email neither on the view invoice but there is a general problem here.

edit : OK, I searched for my order and there, I found the serial number. Ouf.
