How on earth do I figure out which plane uses which engine ?

I want to shut down the Bolton Paul plants as they produce the useless Defiants. I want to make Spits and Hurricanes b ut I dont know which engine to produce for spits and hurries.

Is there an excel sheet avialbe to show whichj plane needs which engine ?

and btw : where on earth can I find it in the game ? on plane details there is nothing.

if you don't have the test version

this is from a new install

go to the target list, at the top will be the production list, click on that and it brings you to this screen, pick the type you want to change (in this case a DP Factory)

once you click on the factory you want, it will show a highlighted placement, line and box, at the top of the screen, will be a Change button, click on that, and it will show you what you can build and what you will need

and here is the engine info you need

(one of the OOB patches I put out, has the corrected engine (one of the Canes was linked up wrong)
