I reported this many moons ago (CoI?) but am still occasionally seeing it. Pic below is a composite of the starting and ending German map control on Oss before and after a multiplayer meeting engagement. None of the German teams moved during the 15 min battle yet the Germans were given a VL and additional deployment tiles (boxed in red).

None of the UK teams moved either but the Allied post-battle map control was the same as its pre-battle control.

Same 'Axis creep' when the Allied player hosts. Will post an example of 'Allied creep' when I run across it.

The Axis map control creep continues with every battle. Again no teams on either side move yet the Axis player gains a couple of deployment tile columns and rows after each battle. Eventually, without moving or fighting, the Axis player gains control of everything but the original Allied deploy area on the map.
