I now have all VP cities in Italy conquered, but she just won't give in. Also, despite the fact that the main supply source is mine, she recieves full supply throughout her remaining territory.

Initially, Rome was captured by paratroopers. I have a vague memory of a discussion about those - I didn't pay much attention to it at the time. But wasn't there a change in some patch? Can the paratroopers capture of Rome have anything to do with this problem? It seems that the game just don't know that Rome was captured.

If the Rome hex has a different owner then Rome is captured, airborne or not.

Is there some VP city, anywhere, Yugoslavia? where ownership is Italian? If so then Italy holds out.
