no serial number

Hi, hoping someone can help me... I ordered the game and downloaded it. On the download page there was a message: no serial number available. OK. However, I can't install the game because the installer asks for the .... serial number! Is this an incident?
(I tried to pick up the Ser# by way of the Help function, but my browser doesn't let it go through).
My order nr 1654607581.

This is a weird one - I'd suggest you email Erik Rutins at

Same as Awaterman! I bought the game today and received a wonderful e mail with the same message: registration code not available
The 100€ I spent were available!
For a first post in there I would have prefer a better start but I am really upset! [:@]

Just to say that at that time i still received no support from Digital River. However, I managed thanks to this thread
tm.asp?m=2523623 to find the serial which was not indicated in the e-mail.
I could start to enjoy the game [&o]
