Upon starting a single player game, or opening the editor, the map blanks out about halfway down and halfway over. This effectively allows me to see England, Ireland and north-western France only. The rest of the screen is either white or repeats the visible portion.

I remember some time ago this was addressed but I don't remember the resolution to it. Can anyone help? I have patched up to the current patch.

Very likely to be a video driver problem, make sure you have the latest version for your video card and see if that helps.
