In May next year I will be going with 25 people to England for an international wine and cheese fair. I deal in cheese alot but would also like to meet some forum members that are on this forum.

Why not just go to Wisconsin where the best cheese is?
Plus you can get a cheese hat and attend a Packer game!
While you're there, don't forget to eat a Brat and have a Leinenkugel's as well.

Wisconisn has good cheddar, but thats it. I've been to the Hennings cheese plant. Last year alone we sold 160,000 lbs of it.

Wow really? as cheese ages it loses it lactose that is in in. Hard cheeses have little to no lactose in it.
