I know you won't see this a lot but I thought you might want to take a look at it.

3 items: Strategic Bomber is not using AP's to conduct attack.

Nuke range = 2 but cities outside range effected.

Text error in results display.

Strategic bombers use AP in 1.03
I use them all the time.
Last time I checked the file the range was 2
Re-check your files.

I am using 1.02, I do not have access to the 1.03 beta.

Sorry about the ambiguity, they are not spending AP's for the Nuke Attack.

I know the range for nukes is 2, I had increased it to 3 but I thought that was too devastating.

If you take a close look at the jpeg, you'll notice that the city of Khadeksan is beyond the 2 hex range of the target hex.
