PO Assist

I have been having fun playing around with the PO Assist facility. At some point in the future though, the player also needs access to the strategic bias settings (very cautious, cautious, etc). This modifies the behaviour of the PO considerably and is probably needed for better control of formation orders.
At the moment the only way to modify strategic bias for PO Assist is by providing on-map switches for the scenario and then they would only provide a change for the turn after the current one. On-map switches are required because it doesn't seem to be possible to make the strategic bias choices available through theater options.

PS. Following on from this, does the intelligence and handicap level alter the behaviour of PO Assist PO?
