Perhaps Matrix wants that people who buy games online think twice.

Like the last time I have this error message, furthermore, I use paypal.

Please change your shop provider, it is alwais a pain with digitalriver.

I'm sorry - this only seems to happen with a small fraction of orders and we are working with DR to reduce the frequency. It's almost always because their fraud department is too aggressive, which works for more mainstream markets but not for ours.

Can you please e-mail me with your Order ID and I'll follow up with them immediately on this?

Otherwise, I buy online on gamersgate and have no problem.

Why not by paypal, it don t use anything except the mail adress.
