This is good to know.

I RTFM'd but didn't see that in the key command list. Which brings up something else:

It says I can hold down shift to see the artillery scatter range, but this never works for me? Is there a voodoo ritual I'm missing?

How do you access the key command list and the manual? I'm sure I'm being real dense on this!

Start>All Programs>Slitherine>BA>Online user manual

That will open your brower to the webpage with the pdf manual. You can save it from there.

At Slitherine I posted the Tips that appear in the splash screen. I think there are threads with hotkeys too.

There seem to be some extra hot keys: does F8 hold all moves and F9 return to normal?

Shortcut Keys:

M – Toggles the overhead map view.
TAB – Cycles through units which have not moved yet this turn.
ESC – Opens the menu.
J – Toggles the mini map.
F2 – Takes a screenshot and dumps it to My Docs\My Games\BBCBA.
1 – Shows the tiles the current unit can see and which ones it can shoot.
SHIFT – When using the bombard command this shows the spread area for
the bombard attack.

I'll have to be careful near the keyboard.

F8 and F9 still work?? Doh! They are debug keys for single-stepping the game. Not real use to anyone, but I'll have to disable them
