Time Scale and Map Scale

What is the time scale per turn and the map scale? I looked and looked, but have not found it.

I think it varies per map (at least the map scale). Otherwise the time scale is a day/turn. Don't quote me on it though.

10k and 2 days for Poland. 5k and 1 day for France.
