How or where can i update my oobs in SPWAW thanks in advance

The officially released updated ones are part of the 7.1 update. There also is a dedicated OOB/TOE forum that deals with OOB updates and changes were players offer fixes and or corrections to OOB's. Some scenario designers will include an updated OOB with their special scenario if they had to make any changes to it. Is their something special your looking for.
