Hi,

I cannot carry troops with the M29 Weasel, is this unit designed to carry troops or not, if not what is it purpose? Also the green outline is out of sink on some of the views

Did you do a google search or any other browser search?
If you look at the youtube video above you might get a visual answer to whether or not it carries troops?
From what I read at other sites it can hold a crew of four but they also were going to use it to carry small commando teams.

Nice video RR, but I meant IN THE GAME!! I know what the real M29 was designed for but in the game it will not load any units, even those with a strength of 1, so either this is a software error or it's in the game for another purpose. Please see below, also notice the out of sink highlight

Looking at the information available on the screenshot, it looks like it can only tow guns, not carry infantry.

Good catch on the graphic error. It will be remedied in a future UPDATE.

Had you previously provided the screen shot I could have told you, along with Jason, that the unit is designated for towing and not for carrying personnel.

Though, I would like to see the commando carry version. That could have loaded your rangers?
Maybe taking away the ability to move when unloaded? There would not be a driver, only the combat team. And, it could swim!

Sorry RR didn't mean to upset you.

Jason - did you mean that you would correct the outline or give the unit the ability to carry troops? As RR mentioned the original purpose of this unit was to carry commandos in Norway, but it was used if Europe to ferry supplies and such in particularly rough terrain and mud.

I'd also like to see a "commando version" that would be separate from carrier version. Kinda like the Bren MMG unit that cannot carry units. It's a Bren Carrier but different.
