OK, you can call me a dummy, but how do you create a new base?
I have landed troops( including engineers and seebees), supplies and fuel on Vella Lavella, but cannot figure out how to create a base.
Thanks in advance fo any help.

When you click on that Hex, you should have a name (probably Vella Lavella) - click on it and on the screen - you get the the status of the hex ... and on the top of the screen the information if your sea bees or engineers are expanding or not port, air base or fortications

As soon as the port or airbase reaches a size of one - you will get your base

I want this one to take a constant look into Truk...to bad that the catalinas i´ve send there cannot reach it by only one or two hexes...bad luck!:rolleyes:
