Leo, in the past it has been a good round number to close down the old threads and start a new one, before it gets too big and risks posts being lost.

Leo, in the past it has been a good round number to close down the old threads and start a new one, before it gets too big and risks posts being lost.

Terminus would be at about 47000 posts by now if it wast for that. [:D]

Someone should PM Joe Wilkerson, or another mod, and ask them to lock the old THREAD!!! so it can be preserved and all new posts will go in here.

Exactly. The term is very frequently used in Sweden when talking about Apple fanatics. I assumed that the term was international, but maybe it isn't?

Something like that. We have quite a number of truly militant macibans spending time on various forums shouting down anyone who dares criticize the almighty Apple, belittling all non-believers and so on ...

It was a amusing phenomena at first, but is quite tiring in the long run. [8|]

New THREAD!!! good morning from a non-military brother.

I like a lot of things about the iPhone, but I cannot stand typing on it's touch screen!  My favorite smart phone so far is the Palm Pre.  Great OS and touch screen interface, fast, powerful, and it has a slide out, full keypad for typing. 

Have any of you other smart phone geeks tried the Palm Pre?
