[Vanilla-Improvement] New & Fixed ship lights

Basically, this adds 1 or 2 ship lights to the escorts and frigates, making them more uniform with the rest of the state owned ships.
Try the Shandar after downloading this, their escorts look like police ships now with the two lights on the front wings [:D][:D]
Also, while doing this, i fixed some ships that were bugged (they had streaks of pure-yellow pixels (the light-fitting) in their paint scheme, where there wasnt supposed to be any light). And some few exploration / construction / colony ships that were missing lights, most notably the ketarov/zenox family.
Elliot feel free to include those "fixes" in a future patch if you wish and deem them worthy
