Hi,

I've lost my serial number, the email with the serial number and the said email account is now defunt. I've gone through Digital River and they are unable (or unwilling) to help - they did direct me to the Matrix Games help desk but that again sends me to Digital River...cunning.

Is help available or am I out of luck (BTW, anyone from Matrix Games may recognise my name from Panther Games Beta testing [;)])
