Is there any way to modify the 3-hexe distance rule for building factories with the editor?

Also... any way to create similar rule for building airfields?

In the editor there is the option to set the distance of any loctype to another.

Its done in the LocType menu, under each Location Type there is a submenu, in property sheets. Here you can choose minimum distances from all other kinds of loc.types. And make them different or the same for each regime.
