WAR Uniforms and Rank files

Hello,

How does one extract the uniforms and understand the text that comes with it?
I see with the RTBTool that when you choose "File Extract"
it takes you to the "Extract from .EXE" window but where do I direct it from there?

On select input file I do not understand if I direct it to the CC45rez.exe or to the CCE.exe
And then on the select exe version it does not list WAR only,CC5.exe v5.01a or CC4.exe v4.02 or CCM.exe v3.1 or Road to Baghdad

I'm assuming the output I want set at CC4-WAR (re-rel.2008)compatable,8columns

I also do not understand the text file after getting it extracted
I.E.From the VetBoB .EXE..............

Now on to the Soldier Ranks from the ScrnGadg
How do I get those to be aligned with the Soldiers on the Soldier screen?
Are those aligned from the uniform text?

Currently mine are not lining up properly and I dont see where or how to line them up.

Thanks for the help.

From the workbook

# Uniforms.txt handles mapping the soldier nationality, style, and weapons to uniform colors for the

# soldier sprites.  There are 8 entries per soldier color set (NOT 9 as per earlier versions).

#

# Each nation (0-7 max) has 4 styles (0-3) and 3 weapon distrinctions (0-2)

# weapon colorations are 'other', LMG/Mortar/MG/SMG, and Flt/AT in that order #

Of course you can't extract the uniforms from WaR.exe as it isn't there... it's in the uniforms.txt.

You can extract from old CC5.exe's

see this html coulour page to get you started

Thanks

But what about the soldier Rank graphics?
How do I get the patches to line up correctly?
