Hi guys!

Im trying to reinstall my game but keep getting this error when trying to execute it:

There is an error wuth your serial number as entered. Please contact support@matrix.com for assistance. Error code 18

I already tried to run it as Admin and in several compatibility options, with no success.

I have Win 7 64bits

You should write in a HelpDesk request. I think that's the best way to get that resolved.
