Hi,

I checked for the availability of an update and there was an indication that an update was available. When I went to download the update I got the message that it was preparing to download the update and then the following message in a screen:

Errors:

File 1: An error occurred while trying to open an FTP file.

I have the hotfix applied if that is any help.

Sorry just read the public beta post so obviously need to use that process and not the auto updater.
