I guess that screen isn't really important but maybe the problem there can help to resolve other things.
So after I click on the "About..." the main info(Version etc.) appears and then it starts to scroll down the text but that text just smears over screen and it unreadable.

Also the scenario screen shows slight lines that stay, check out the pics the show it clearly.

Using Windows 7 and ATI HD4850 Radeon

Is the DxDiag file needed?

And the other screen.

Turn Windows Fonts off for the Document Font and the Medium Font.
