ToS 1.4 has incorrect tmerge.exe version

The TMERGE.EXE file in the ToS v1.4 installation package reports itself as v1.2, hence I cannot use it.
The tmerge v1.2.1 does work with the titan files of v1.4
Read the corresponding tmerge.txt how to use it.
