Help with Air Support FO's

Hello,
I'm trying to import Forward Observers that provide Air Support like in TT's VetBoB from CCIV but am unable to figure out how he was able to have the plane graphics fly overhead.
I am able to get the sound effects and the explosions just can't seem to figure out how he was able to attach the plane graphics.

I was hoping someone here might be able to help me out.

I explained this already at CCS. The planes are in the explosion graphics.
