The extensive house rules, and information about all the changes I made to the game, can be read at HQ. As with Twiligth, I did this Mod for my own sake, but anybody who like a shot at it is welcome.

The mod looks really good, but I assume it is really only for PvP play?

It is, but you just must team up with someone and try. It is a completely different thing from playing against the AI.
