Establishment of US Navy fueling station with Army security and garrison. First operational deployment of Seabees. Just find an Eng unit somewhere and send it there to build up the port. From Don Bowen's OOB research for DaBabes:
Task Force 5614 (Task Force Bobcat):
Located in the Society Group and administered by the Free French. The island was assigned the code name "Bobcat" and the reinforcement unit, officially designated Task Force 5614, was known as Bobcat Force. This force left Charleston, South Carolina, January 27th, 1942 (4 days behind schedule) and arrived Bora Bora February 17th, 1942.
