I'm having trouble accessing my pbem games. I keep getting the message that I'm not the right user to access the files. These are for games where it currently still is my turn. I'm thinking it has to do something with switching to hotseat but whenever I select the option for PBEM and dbfw190, my username in multiplayer options it still stays that I can't access the saved games.
i'm hoping I don't have to quit my games. Any help would be appreciated.

One of two issues:

Your opponent hasn't hit the "end turn" button to make it your turn, or - dumm dumm dummmmmm.

You have changed computers and no longer have the keyfile.
