Hello,
Have just downloaded the demo and I am having problems with the screen resolution- the game is only partl visible with roughly a third of it, includign the control buttons, off screen- so to speak.

What can I do to get it fully visible?

1) Can you tell me what your setup is? What kind of GPU (video card or integrated graphics) and what make and model of monitor do you have? If you are using a laptop, what is the make and model?

2) The game will record the display settings that it last used in a file name Display_Info.txt - this file is in the "User Data" folder at the root of the game's installation. Can you post the contents of this file when you reply? The file is rather short and you don't need to use an attachment. You can copy and paste the text from the file into your reply.

3) Are you having trouble only with Hannibal? If you are also having trouble with other games then you might want to use the command prompt to run dxdiag.exe and check the "Display" tab in particular.

4) Now, let me note that you'll need 1024 x 768 (or higher) available as a resolution. The game is obviously trying to set the screen to a usable resolution but it appears that your monitor doesn't like it.

5) Please try this: set your monitor to a good resolution that is 1024 x 768 or higher. Make sure that you are using True Color (32-bit) and not 16-bit color. Then run the game and see if everything looks OK. The game's default preference is to use the existing screen resolution if the game can.

Please let me know how this works for you, and we'll go from there.
