Game works fine on my gaming notebook (with 8800GTX SLI/512mb GDDR3), but on my Toshiba Tablet (Intel integrated, shared memory) the game starts, the music plays - but I'm greeted with a totally blank screen.

I play all my wargames using the tablet (makes a nice interface, plus it's thin/light), so I'd really like to play FoG on it if possible.

BTW, the new Hannibal game works incredibly well on the tablet - even in Portrait mode. Really great game too

Sorry you are having problems. Can you post the exact specs and operating system of the tablet. I've no idea what it is.

I reverted to the built-in Win7 driver for the GMA 950 and it's now working.  Very slow, but at least it works.

Sounds like a driver bug then? At least it works.

I actually went and bought an Alienware M11x just so I can play FoG - which it does extremely well, even when using the crappy Intel HD graphics (you can switch on the fly to an nVidia GT335m).  My tablet was just way too slow - even though it's done quite well with all my other wargames heretofore.

FoG is actually in 3D though it may not appear so. It may be an issue with the 3D acceleration drivers on the tablet. If you are playing 2D wargmes they would not care.

We use 3D to allow the zoom levels. It's also going to let us save a bunch of space on future iterations making downloads much smaller which is good for everyone.
