I've been playin the cpu forever now and I need to learn how to get online and have no idea how too do it
(something to do with IP#. thats all i know)

You need ICQ so that we can talk to each other. Look up Hetzer. My ICQ # is posted here somewhere (scratches head) am at work right now so I can't pull my screen up. Instead of "Hotseat" game you go to network game and the screen will ask if you want to "create" game or "join" game. Chose "join" and enter your partners IP address in the top box and your callsign in the name box. I'll set the game up on my side and we can see about getting you up to speed for netplay. I have another newcomer that i've been working with so maybe we can play a team game. I should be online after 1800 or so PCT. If you are European then I'll look for you on Saturday. Posting your ICQ # on the Matrix site will help a lot. All that I ask is that you take pity on a poor tired sick old man and not beat on me too badly

Do not beleive a word this man says. He is evil incarnate. He will live forever simply because Heaven doesn't want him and Hell's afraid he'll take over. Hetzer is a bad bad man. But it's hella fun to play against him, and he's an excellent player to learn from.

I'd also be glad to try and show you the ropes, I can play most any time now that schools out, just find me on ICQ (#113334898). if i see you online (or you see me online) i could make an attempt; however don't expect to learn a hell of a lot, i'm not a good teacher and i have this nasty tendency to blow people up. *g*

If you're on european time, it may be easier to synchronise with me than across the Altantic. I'm a relative beginner, too. I'll be happy to help you get used to net-play. My ICQ number is 126242132. I like playing team games .. most ICQ battles seem to be solo matches, probably because team games take so long to play (perhaps 3 hours or more for a recon or light team).

i remember one when you timed out, and then were about to time out again when we finished...

Yes, Hetzer. Like the Prince said. You do realize you aren't helping your "innocent, old, drooling man" case any. Ok, you're helping the old & drooling part, but the innocent is out the door.

Hetzer = Bring to boil, then allow to simmer for ten minutes. Season to taste. Serve hot with potatoes and carrots for traditional meal, or try raw green beans with orange slices for an interesting and healthy salad.

Caution: Improperly prepared Hetzer may be toxic, and therefore extremely dangerous to your health. Do not attempt to prepare without proper instruction beforehand.
