Harpoon Still the Best?

So another quick question. With Red Pill and GCB2 out is Harpoon still the best modern naval war sim?

You start with a very difficult question, though [;)]
Right now , the only naval warfare sims not in beta stage and long established are Harpoon Classic (curent version: "Commander´s Edition"), Harpoon 3 ANW (current version: 3.9.4; with 3.10 coming soon) and Fleet Command (current version is 19.01; this sim still has many followers, a living community).
All have their light and dark sides; I think it is a matter of personal taste. Regarding those three: I play them all, with a clear focus on Harpoon 3 ANW because of its micromanagement possibilities and excellent features like ship-to-ship UnRep and (coming with 3.10) boarding (of ships) and takeover (of hostile land facilities) as well as chained missions. It has the most fanatic community, as well ... [;)]
I love GCB2 which is in beta stage (currently 1.12 with 1.14 coming soon) and have written several scens for it, with new, large battles coming with 1.14 as well as a much enhanced database and millions of other tweaks. [:)] If you want to try out - you really should test this wonderful sim with its brilliant GUI.
As to Red Pill: Right now we can look at the screenshots and follow the discussion over there. Combine this with the brilliant guys working on it and it becomes clear that there will be a fantastic new sim around in the future.
So - what is "the best"?
All are tools for our common addiction: naval warfare sims. Test out and come to your own conclusions.
