No way to recover login information???

I have an existing member account but lost both my login and password due to a hard disk crash. The "forgot your password" hasn't worked in days and keeps giving me a "page error - can not be displayed". I logged in the Live Chat yesterday in the morning asked a question and as of this afternoon there has been no reply. Seem that chat is strictly for show.
So now I am in with a different login, no access to my member account where all the updates for the many games I purchased in beyond my reach. Matrix doesn't even have a basic technical support forum to help people like me. Instead they delegate this to the community. What a ridicious cycle.

I have the same issue, every page I click to retrieve my login information results in a page error.
I tried different browser, clearing my cache, cookies and whatever you can think off. It's just not working...
Matrix Games, please respond to this issue.

Interesting that there is no official support for this website. How ridicious is it to require someone to logon in order to ask for support? Not to mention the fact that I have sent 3 emails under this account asking for help and haven't heard a thing. There isn't even a forum on here to ask these types of questions.
Frankly I have given up on a reply. Since I can't get support for the games I purchased, there is no reason to buy anything further from Matrix.

Just a wild quess. Did either/both of you just recently changed your ISP ? I did and I was never able to retrieve my original forum ID after a re-format, I had Matrix try, they gave me all my info but no joy so I now have a new ID. I'm sure it's a coding problem between ISP and Matrix but I can not prove it. Hope you fellows make it.

Guess not. I get a new ip every time I reboot my router and never have problems.
Would suggest you to send a mail (not pm) to Erik, in order to get this issue solved.

Would you happen to know what Erik's email is? I've never heard of him..
If this is a reoccuring problem then Matrix needs to open the game updates to everyone. I own 7 games I purchased from Matrix and I can't even update them. This is absolutely ridicious.

JRB823, hit the return arrow top left of this page, count down three lines, you'll find Erik under "For Official Support Read This Message".

Hi guys,
Sorry about all this - we are doing some major upgrades behind the scenes and they appear to have broken some of our existing features and functions as a side effect. This should all be fixed now.
Regards,
- Erik
