in BTR, I want to switch production of one of the factories producing ground troops (trucks,artillery) to AA guns. Is there a way of knowing how many AA guns I'll be able to produce in a month?

AFAIK, there is no such function. It seems to be hard coded.

It is possible.  I switched some of my artillery production to FLAK production, given the ground attacks don't often take out artillery (mostly flak and panzers).  I have no idea of what a factory producing flak makes however.  So I am no help in the original question.

It would be interesting to covert all the ground unit factories to all flak production so see the effect on the ground war.  In theory the German units would eventually lose most of their strength and the advance of the Allied ground forces would be accelerated.
